Video Festival - Rules for Video Presentations - Guidelines
The Abstract must be sent online following the general rules that apply for any form of presentation, including the choice of the area for your video. When selecting an Area of Interest, please choose carefully. Click here to see the Area of Interest
Deadline for abstract submission online: January 30th , 2009
Format: Videos may be submitted on CD or DVD media on MPEG 2 format, saved as Windows Media files. Maximum length of 10 minutes
Language: The official language of the Congress is English.
Copyrighted media: Use of copyrighted music or material is not allowed without written authorization or written inform that the music or material is of public domain. Please include a copy of your authorization with the CD. By submitting your CD under these instructions, you agree to indemnify and defend IFOS 2009 Brazil from all claims based on copyright infringement. Videos may not include merchandising either, directly or indirectly.
Categories: You must choose the Area of Interest for your video at the time you submit the abstract on line.
Note: Videos will be judged according to educational value, originality, scientific content and expert use of medium.
Important when shipping the video: prepaid courier only - courier will not be paid by IFOS 2009 Brazil in any case. We strongly suggest you use registered courier (ex: FEDEX,DHL,UPS,etc) that you can track the shipment and reception by the executive secretariat.
